You will be responsible for the programme development and implementation. Your role include selection of staff for the physical play programme and to provide them with the necessary training to ensure that they meet the minimum programme requirements. You will need to also work closely with the marketing team, centre managers and team leaders to strategize the neccessary marketing plan to bring about awareness of the programme to the target market group which including parents, preschools and partners.
Diploma or Degree in Physical Education, Sports and Wellness and Physio-therapy or equivalent.
Highly motivated and result oriented.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Experience in teaching or training preferred.
Experience working with young children will be an advantage.
Centre Manager
You will be responsible for the daily operation of the centre and the management of your own team of full time and part time teaching staff. Ensuring the overall quality of your centre programme delivery, customer services level will be your key tasks. You will also be involved in programme and lesson planning together with our curriculum team. Ability to build strong rapport with parents and customers is a must.
Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
Highly motivated and result-oriented.
Able to lead a team of teachers.
Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
Able to work on weekend preferred.
Teacher
You will be responsible for the conduct of the daily lesson and to assist the centre manager in the daily operation of the centre. You will be involved in the lesson planning. A cheerful, energetic and responsible disposition is important with a passion to work with children a must.
Certificate in Early Childhood or equivalent.
Familiar in handling young children.
A committed team player.
A pleasant and patient personality.
Able to work on weekend preferred.
Trainer and Team Leader (Active Physical Play)
You will be responsibe for the successful conduct of the physical play programme. You are required to work in a team and your role include lesson planning, liaising with parents, and coordinating with preschools to ensure the successful implementation of the programme. Team leader are also expected to lead a team of trainers and involved staffing selection, scheduling and generating performance report for Programme manager.
Diploma in sports and wellness, Physical education or physio-therapy or equivalent.
Cheerful, energetic and responsible.
Can work independently and with initiative.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Team leader must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Ability to work shift and weekend preferred.
